Erin and Matt

Filed under: Engagement — bdpphoto @ 8:10 pm

Hey there internet.  Meet Erin and Matt.  What a great and fun couple.  I’ve known Erin since high school and we ran into eachother at one of my other weddings last July.  When she told me she was getting engaged I was really excited for her.  She is such a nice girl and her fiance is just as nice.  They make a flipping great couple.  Not to mention both of them are easy on the eyes.  So here they are…Erin and Matt

Michelle and Brett

Filed under: Engagement — bdpphoto @ 8:15 pm

Everyone meet Michelle and Brett.  They are the first post of the ton of engagement shoots that I’ll be posting here in the next couple days.  They are such an awesome couple.  We walked around the Purdue campus for a long time taking pictures and just hanging out.  Michelle is really laid back and Brett is her great compliment.  He is a history teacher which is not one of my favorite subjects (sorry Brett but I told you).  Anyways I just want to thank them for being so awesome and up for anything!  I’m looking forward to their wedding at the Roof Ballroom in Indianapolis.  Here you go, Michelle and Brett.

Hollllyyyy Jeeebuuusssss  I think this is my favorite picture I’ve ever taken.

I want to thank Michelle for being brave.  She hates snakes so I made her sit down in the middle of a long grass field.  I think it was worth it.

Boom Ring Sauce.

I couldn’t pick one picture of the two I liked so I posted both.

Krissy and Bobby

Filed under: Uncategorized — bdpphoto @ 5:36 pm

I have known Krissy for such a long time when I got an email from her asking to do her engagement pictures I was stoked beyond belief.   Then when I heard that she wanted to do them in Bloomington I was even more stoked!  I’m pretty sure Krissy was one of my first friends when I moved to Avon in 1998.  Woooow I am old!!!  Haha  Anyways Krissy and Bobby are such an awesome couple.  I always love it when a couple can make eachother laugh.  I think it’s top 1 on my list of #1 things that make a shoot go perfect.  It was a lot of fun going down there and hanging out with them.  So check out these pictures and try to not let your eyeballs hurt from all the awesome.

So we were walking around looking for a last few shots and I was like you know what we need???  A giant fist.  If we can find that I will dub it “awesometown” and we will be done.  Literally we turn the corner and find this big butt fist on the wall!!  Wow, if I would have known it was there it would have been like I planned it.  But I did not.  Welcome to Awesometown…..

I just want to thank Krissy and Bobby for being awesome and rocking my socks off.  You guys are great and I can’t wait to see you again.

Callie

Filed under: Portraits — bdpphoto @ 10:29 pm

Sup internet!  Let me tell you a little about this one.  I have a friend named Sabrina who I met way back when I worked for Logans Roadhouse.  Since then I’ve moved on to photography and she’s moved to Florida! haha  Not only has she moved she got married and had a babe!  Callie is her name and she has the ability to laugh, then cry for a second, then laugh not even two seconds later!  It was a great day for all of us.  I’ll give you an idea as to how awesome she is.

BAM!

So check her out.  She loves being with her mom too.

SMILE :)

Like mother like daughter.  Playing a little game.

Here’s the crying face that everyone wants to see!

I feel like this one should be a painting or something.

SEE!  I wasn’t lying…cry…smile!….laugh!

The dress is new, but I think the bigger thing is that her face makes it look like she knew what was written on the wall.

What I think is the best picture of the day. (scroll down)  Subtitle…*Burp*

The Joyners

Filed under: Portraits — bdpphoto @ 6:05 pm

Happy Easter again.  I know it’s a little early but I wanted to post these pictures.  It’s going to be a week of posts so pay attention. haha  I have a wedding, portrait session, and a 50th anniversary party to post.  Anyways, back to the Joyners.  I’ve known Lelyne since 4h (yeah, yeah laugh all you want but I was a geranium selling fool) way back when I was in kindergarten.  Since then her and her family have been great friends ever since.  Well now she’s married to Caleb and they are a great couple that love the lord.  Plus they’re really really rediculously good looking!  They now have two kids Ady and Eden.  Let me introduce you to them…

Eden’s favorite thing is to play “Good Guys vs. Bad Guys”.  This is where you basically just try to chase the other person around and then chop of a hand or something.

This is how they are all the time!  haha It really makes my job easier.

The whole family…

So I saw on their Facebook that they had a bunny costume for Ady so I thought it would be some great pictures.  I really didn’t even think about Easter.  It worked fo sho.  Funniest pictures I’ve ever gotten.

She did not enjoy getting her pigtails out.  Understandable, but I’ve never had it happen so I don’t know.  Anyways, this picture lead toooooooo…..

this one! hahhahahahaha   Funniest bunny picture ever made.

She did become a happy bunny.   No worries.

So Eden saw that little Ady bunny was getting pictures so he turned into Eden Hulk!!!  Don’t make him Angry!!!  Plus this Hulk is full of Vitamins.

Ok, so I was flipping though the pictures and I saw these.  I always take a few pictures really quickly so sometimes it looks like the person is dancing.  Well this time I thought it would be a good Easter egg to give you a little something extra.  Click on the picture for a bonus treat.  Pump the volume and make sure it completely loads!!!!!!  Look for more posts this week.  Thanks  Joyners!!
